Talent Advisor (Asia Pacific)

About the role

Cummins is looking for a Talent Advisor (Talent Acquisition Partner) to lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing and operational roles throughout the Asia Pacific region. The role is on-site with flexibility, exempt, and requires 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, RPO, executive search or agency recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and recruitment insights to support decision-making
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Champion inclusive hiring and contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
• Leverage recruitment analytics and market data to improve hiring effectiveness
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Manage offer negotiations and work with stakeholders for a smooth onboarding
• Build relationships across multiple countries, functions and leadership teams in APAC

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, RPO, executive search or agency recruitment
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels, and in technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, operational or professional services environments
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets is highly regarded
