Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AstraZeneca is seeking three experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to join its growing in‑house recruitment team in New South Wales. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of roles, using modern tools and data‑driven approaches to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing and attraction strategies for early‑career, sales/business development and specialist positions.
• Utilise the AI‑powered Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform to make smarter hiring decisions and mobilise internal talent.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing market insights and data to shape hiring outcomes.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects AstraZeneca’s values.

Required profile

• Previous fast‑paced recruitment experience (agency or internal) with a proven ability to build strong talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills in a global, agile environment.
• Demonstrated use of multiple attraction channels, including LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of roles independently and organise work effectively.
