About the role

Join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team that drives recruitment across Victoria. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support recruitment outcomes for VMCH, focusing on the Care at Home portfolio and working closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and the wider talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of Care at Home roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to design attraction and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and ensure compliance.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
• Provide recruitment advice and promote best‑practice hiring across the organisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agency, internal or high‑volume recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruitment platforms and channels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
