Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both local and international positions. You will build strong talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support our global hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding – for domestic and overseas roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Utilise multiple recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates worldwide.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and HR databases.
• Support international hiring compliance with relevant labor laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an international or multinational setting.
• Experience managing overseas recruitment, especially for positions in Australia or other countries.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
