Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Suncorp is transforming its Talent Acquisition function into something more proactive, insight-led and focused on building strong talent pipelines. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with hiring leaders and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver quality recruitment outcomes and connect people with meaningful career opportunities. You will own a portfolio of roles end to end, with support and coaching from experienced partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities
• Deliver positive and inclusive candidate and hiring leader experiences
• Promote internal mobility and inclusive hiring practices
• Identify ways to improve recruitment processes and systems
• Use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment outcomes

Required profile

• Typically experience in internal Talent Acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability; high-volume recruitment experience highly regarded
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and giving recruitment advice
• Strong sourcing, talent pooling and talent mapping skills
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities, proactive and solutions-focused
• Passion for candidate experience and confidence using recruitment technology and AI tools
