About the role

Johnson Controls is expanding its Australian operations and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using market insights and data‑driven strategies to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation, sourcing, interviewing, offer management to onboarding.
• Leverage talent market intelligence, recruitment metrics and data to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Proactively source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media, talent mapping and networking.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, identifying trends to enhance efficiency, compliance and effectiveness.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines.
• Contribute to employer branding, diversity & inclusion, graduate recruitment, process improvement and technology optimisation initiatives.
• Champion best‑practice recruitment processes using tools such as Workday and sourcing technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment across diverse functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.

Required skills

• Workday (recruiting module) proficiency.
• Experience with modern sourcing technologies and platforms.
