Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Alcoa is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with leaders across operations and corporate functions, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions and building diverse talent pipelines for a fast‑growing aluminium business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for salaried, operational, technical and leadership positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pools to attract high‑quality candidates in competitive labour markets.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers on best‑practice assessment, selection and market insights.
• Lead or support assessment centres, workforce planning activities and recruitment projects.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across a varied portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to advise, influence and negotiate outcomes.
• Proactive approach to sourcing, talent pooling and using market insights.
• Candidate‑focused mindset committed to delivering an inclusive recruitment experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and support high‑volume activity when needed.
