Talent Acquisition Advisor – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor to provide 1‑year maternity leave cover for its People & Culture team in Brisbane CBD. You will be responsible for attracting and securing talent across a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment advice and develop engaging job advertisements aligned with the Minor Hotels brand.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and shortlisting to offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach, providing market insights on salary expectations and talent availability.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks and assessments, and maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve recruitment processes and champion diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in agency or internal recruitment with a proven track record of quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, market trends and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
