About the role
Lead the delivery of data, analytics, AI and digital transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support product owners to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Support product owners in backlog prioritisation aligned to business objectives.
- Monitor team velocity, sprint progress and delivery metrics, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Track delivery risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate AI, Generative AI, data engineering, analytics and cloud initiatives across technical teams.
- Support experimentation, proof‑of‑concepts and iterative delivery of AI solutions while ensuring responsible AI, quality assurance and data governance.
