Systems Administrator – Up to $95k + super

About the role

The role involves supporting the entire technology stack of a reputable Australian‑owned organisation, working on both project and business‑as‑usual requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Systems Administrator to keep the environment secure, stable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including health checks, patching, upgrades and routine maintenance of enterprise‑grade systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure systems remain stable, scalable and secure.
• Assist with backups, disaster recovery processes and performance monitoring.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and resolutions.
• Provide on‑call technical support as required.

Required profile

• Experience with enterprise‑level environments and a desire to develop deeper technical expertise.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication for team collaboration.
• Understanding of production‑environment requirements such as service continuity, disaster recovery and proactive monitoring.
