Systems Administrator

About the role

Join Sentinel Property Group and play a key role in supporting our IT operations. You will provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and assist with implementing and maintaining IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and document management systems.
• Support data management, including storage, backup, and security measures.
• Monitor IT systems for performance, security, and compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in implementing IT risk and compliance measures, including cybersecurity best practices and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system procedures.
• Provide user training and support on IT systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in systems administration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Problem‑solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
