System Administrator – Customer Network Operations Centre (CNOC)

About the role

Imagine Communications is seeking a full-time System Administrator to join its Customer Network Operations Centre (CNOC) in Sydney. You will support the company’s AdTech products across the APAC region and globally, ensuring high-availability services for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support client Windows Server and Linux systems, as well as cloud environments on Azure and AWS.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, patching and upgrades with minimal service disruption.
• Manage storage, backups and disaster-recovery testing in line with client contracts.
• Monitor multi-tenant infrastructure using tools such as Datadog and LogicMonitor, and respond to alerts, incidents and escalations according to SLA priorities.
• Document configuration changes following change-management processes and contribute to root-cause analysis and service-improvement plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout incident lifecycles and keep ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira) up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge-base articles.

Required profile

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment supporting multiple remote clients.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and ITIL-based, SLA-driven service management.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills, able to work under pressure.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and time-management abilities.
