About the role
WynActive is looking for experienced Swim Teachers who can also lead the day‑to‑day operations of its WynSwim Learn to Swim program. You will deliver high‑quality lessons while mentoring fellow teachers and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all swimmers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging swimming lessons to children, adults and school groups.
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Mentor and guide other Swim Teachers on the pool deck.
- Assist with assessments, class progression and lesson quality.
- Provide feedback to families, schools and team members.
Required profile
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Swimming and water‑safety instruction.
- First Aid and CPR proficiency.
