Support Worker - Adult Services

About the role

Westhaven, a provider of disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW, is looking for a Support Worker for its adult services. The role offers personalised support to adults with disabilities, helping them live the life they choose. Applications close on 8 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Assist adults with disabilities with personal care and daily living skills
• Plan and attend appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development
• Complete daily case notes, incident reports and other administrative tasks
• Work across various age groups as required

Required profile

• A mix of formal training and hands-on experience; relevant care or support experience is valued, and applications from people with lived experience and from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged
• Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to drive
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
• Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
• Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
• Availability to work a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts
• Valid, independent Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not offered)

• Pay of $36.22 to $39.53 per hour, plus casual and shift loadings under the SCHADS Award and 12% superannuation
