The Support Services Team Leader will oversee the administrative team within the Specialist Outpatients Clinic at Albury Wodonga Health. This full‑time, permanent position focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise administrative services staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Allocate duties, provide direction, and ensure efficient completion of daily activities.
• Develop and maintain procedure manuals and support staff training.
• Manage leave cover and maintain adequate staffing levels.
