Supply Network Planning Manager – Snacks (Australia)

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Snacks business in Australia as a Supply Network Planning Manager. You will lead daily production scheduling and ensure the right stock is available at the right location and time, supporting both domestic and imported product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply management for all snack products to achieve 97‑98% daily service levels.
• Drive long‑term capacity modelling, stock builds and sourcing decisions.
• Manage inventory holdings, freshness and obsolescence, and lead clearance processes.
• Oversee improvements to supply planning tools and technologies.
• Conduct the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Chain Review.
• Provide supply communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and supply volume forecasting.
• Manage the full import process, including shipping, third‑party warehousing and distribution.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in analytical or material supply roles.
• Strong numeracy, project management and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
