Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation Manager

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives for retail and consumer organisations, shaping future‑focused supply chain and procurement strategies across sourcing, logistics and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Support merchandising teams to define and implement sourcing and category strategies, reduce COGS and enhance buying operating models.
• Design, implement and optimise planning, forecasting and replenishment processes and technologies.
• Improve manufacturing, warehousing, transport and logistics operations to boost efficiency.
• Strengthen retail store operations to meet customer needs and organisational strategy.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background or proven transformation delivery in retail/consumer products.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, demand and inventory management, sourcing, category management, transport, logistics and store operations.
• Experience designing operating models, technology transformation and commercial/process excellence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with forecasting, replenishment and merchandising technologies.
• Interest or experience working with AI.
