Supply Chain Planner

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner you will own the planning and coordination of supply chain and inventory activities to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and cost‑effective delivery. You will work closely with production, distribution and sales teams to align planning with business needs and customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply.
• Optimise inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across the network.
• Develop and manage production fill plans based on plant capacity and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate transport scheduling to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as DIFOT and OTSA performance.
• Maintain production planning master data in SAP.
• Produce and share operational reports, including deferral and utilisation reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Distribution, Sales & CSC) to drive continuous improvement.
• Support local and national supply chain initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, inventory, or production planning (or similar).
• Working knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across teams.
• Relevant qualification in planning, supply chain, or equivalent experience (3+ years preferred).
