Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Ocius Technology is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the transition from research and development to scaled manufacturing of autonomous Uncrewed Surface Vessels. You will build and manage a resilient supply chain that supports production, maintenance, and delivery of high‑tech maritime assets.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a continuous‑improvement culture across procurement, inventory, and supply‑chain functions.
• Own the development and optimisation of ERP‑based supply‑chain processes.
• Partner with Operations, Production and Engineering to ensure the supply chain meets business targets.
• Grow and develop a high‑performing supply‑chain team.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (e.g., Bachelor of Business).
• 3‑5+ years of end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain management experience.
• Proven ability to develop supplier relationships and negotiate supply agreements.
• Strong supply‑chain risk‑management expertise, including mitigation strategies.
• Experience with ERP system transitions supporting procurement and inventory.
• Demonstrated collaboration with engineering, production and operations teams.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for NV1 security clearance.
