Supply Chain Manager

About the role

KC Paper Packaging is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Supply Chain Manager in Carlton, VIC. You will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our paper packaging products, ensuring reliable, repeatable supply that meets approved specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and inventory plans to support timely replenishment.
• Manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure reliable sourcing of materials.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners, monitor stock levels, and optimise order quantities.
• Oversee logistics from production through freight and delivery, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Analyse supply chain performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation, compliance records, and FSC‑certified specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align supply with quality requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Background in supply management, procurement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG supply chains is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
