Supply Chain Manager

About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a premium wine‑cellaring business. You will shape processes, build capability and ensure the supply chain supports the company’s growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Own inventory management, purchasing, supplier coordination and inbound logistics.
- Oversee order fulfilment, delivery coordination and installation scheduling.
- Develop and continuously improve supply‑chain processes and operating rhythms.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.
- Create foundational capability that enables future scaling of the business.
Required profile
- Functional expert who is proactive, organised and accountable.
- Enjoys solving problems, improving structures and building capability.
- Comfortable working with detailed data while also seeing the bigger picture.
- Experience in small‑to‑medium businesses, distribution, premium products, construction, interiors, appliances, retail or wholesale environments.
- Shares values of accountability, high standards, practical thinking and long‑term relationships.
