Supply Chain Manager – Inbound Vendor Excellence

About the role

Amazon is seeking a results‑driven Supply Chain Manager to lead inbound vendor excellence for its Australian retail business. You will partner with large vendors, improve supply‑chain cooperation and drive measurable reductions in defects while maximizing product availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product availability and cost‑reduction goals through program management and vendor advocacy.
• Leverage data analysis to investigate supply‑chain metrics and deliver scalable improvement solutions.
• Own multiple cross‑functional projects, collaborating with central program and category teams from development through delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory or project management.
• 3+ years of advanced Excel experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional/military experience).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SQL and database knowledge
• Process‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
