Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

Kinrise is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of goods across its food manufacturing operations. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, manage inventory, and support production scheduling using SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer orders and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee inventory management.
• Prepare supply chain reports using SAP.
• Document end‑to‑end processes accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage purchase order and MRP data administration.
• Align forecasts with operational plans for production scheduling.
• Enter finished‑goods data into relevant systems.
• Perform load checks for quality assurance (backup role).
• Prepare pallet dockets for Chep & Loscam, ensuring compliance (backup role).
• Coordinate receipt of raw materials (backup role).
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits (backup role).
