About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our manufacturing team at the Moorebank facility. The role supports purchasing, inventory control, and reporting in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, offering flexible hours and an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders using SAP.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control activities.
- Generate regular reports using SAP, Excel, and Word.
- Maintain both digital and paper documentation, including scanning and filing.
- Provide general office support such as taking meeting minutes, sourcing quotes, and coordinating inductions.
- Manage competing deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an administrator in a process‑driven environment.
- Strong command of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to work under pressure.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a focus on supporting colleagues.
