Supplier Success Professional (B2B Customer Support)

About the role

The Supplier Success Professional provides first‑line support to Avetta's B2B customers, helping maintain a world‑class pre‑qualification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors. This entry‑level, full‑time position is hybrid, with office days Tuesday‑Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and chat, prioritising and resolving issues while ensuring a positive experience.
• Record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC), verify regulatory document details and follow up with outbound communications.
• Analyse product malfunctions, update internal databases, and escalate complaints when needed.
• Share feature requests, educate customers on new functionalities and gather feedback for product, sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and self‑motivation in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Service Cloud (SFDC) usage.
• Windows PC proficiency.
