Supplier Services Officer – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Capricorn is seeking a Supplier Services Officer on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will support suppliers using the CAPlink system, reconcile accounts and assist with various supplier matters. The role contributes to smooth supplier operations within a large member‑owned organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to supplier accounts via CAPlink, ensuring efficient processing.
• Monitor supplier data submissions, run regular reports and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain and update supplier account details to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Deliver first‑point‑of‑contact resolution for supplier enquiries, offering a professional experience.
• Analyse supplier reporting to spot irregularities such as sales spikes or credit balances and act accordingly.
• Process invoices and credits manually in Epicor and prepare CSV data files for system uploads.

Required profile

• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Administrative experience with account reconciliation.
