Supervisor

About the role

Georgiou, part of the STRABAG Group, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join its Infrastructure team on the GAWSS pipeline project. You will work on a 10:4 drive‑in/drive‑out roster, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and manage material deliveries for maximum efficiency.
• Manage plant and resources across multiple work fronts.
• Enforce HSEQ policies and promote a zero‑harm culture.
• Support performance tracking and drive productivity improvements.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory role, preferably on Water Corporation projects.
• Proven ability to monitor work sections and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large crews.
• Competence in planning projects and recording progress.
• Excellent safety record.
