Superintendent - Urban Infrastructure

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, large‑scale urban projects from feasibility through design to construction.
• Oversee financial management, client liaison, and contract administration for assigned projects.
• Provide governance and resolve project issues to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Coach and support project personnel, fostering technical problem‑solving.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful delivery and targeted activities.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years domestic superintendency experience with an urban/land development focus.
• Previous experience in an engineering design consultancy.
• High‑level communication skills and ability to advise on project delivery proactively.
• Knowledge of relevant design codes, local regulatory authority guidelines, and Australian Standards.
