About the role

Join Swinburne's Student Ambassador Program and represent the university to prospective students. You will work alongside staff across various departments, gaining hands‑on experience at events throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

Showcase your course and experience at Open Day and other major events.
Support workshops, campus tours, career expos and student recruitment activities.
Lead campus tours for high‑school visitors and prospective students.
Conduct workshops and presentations for prospective students.
Work in studentHQ, the Admissions Centre and the Future Students Enquiries Team.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and motivated university student.
Strong interest in representing the university and engaging with prospective students.

What we offer

Earn a minimum of A$34 per hour.
Training in effective communication, public speaking and workshop facilitation.
Opportunities to meet students across the university and build a professional network.
Potential to be nominated for an “Ammy” award.
