About the role
Pearl Recruitment is recruiting a Storeperson for an ongoing role with its client, a furniture and bedding company specialising in home furnishings. The work is based at the Hazelmere depot and suits someone wanting to continue a career in warehousing and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Heavy lifting and moving heavy furniture around the depot
- Order picking and packing
- Loading and unloading containers, manually and with a forklift
- Administrative duties such as completing documentation as required
Required profile
- Previous experience in warehousing and logistics
- Australian driver's licence and reliable transport to Hazelmere
- Comfortable working in warmer temperatures during the summer months
Required skills
- Forklift licence (an advantage)
- Ability to lift heavy furniture and operate a forklift
The position runs Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm, at $33.85 per hour. Candidates can apply through the recruiter or contact them by phone to speak with the recruiter.
