Storeperson – Airport Lounge Operations

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Storeperson to support the daily operations of Qantas Lounges managed by Accor. The role works on‑site in a fast‑paced airport environment, providing high‑quality service to guests and ensuring smooth flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Complete accurate documentation for all goods entering and leaving the stores.
• Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
• Coordinate and perform monthly stock takes with department managers.
• Enter inventory data into the system, generate stock reports and maintain inventory files.
• Review stock levels, initiate purchase requisitions and distribute goods to sub‑stores or user departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and security of all storage areas.
• Authorize and process returns to suppliers in line with purchasing procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory control (beneficial).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical capability to lift items continuously (10‑40 kg).
• Full working rights in Australia and ability to complete a pre‑employment medical.
• Understanding of safety and airport security protocols.

Required skills

• Forklift operation certification (preferred).
