Store Manager - Townsville

About the role

Ampol is hiring a Store Manager for a 12-month full-time contract in Townsville. As the face of the store, you will treat each location as your own, driving excellence and creating outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for customers.

Required profile

• Retail management experience with a supportive, people-focused leadership style
• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining operational standards
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen and a history of delivering exceptional customer service

• Solutions-focused judgement and use of POS and operational technology

What we offer

• Salary range of $67,000 to $82,000 (plus allowances) based on experience
• 6 weeks of on-site training
