Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our AMX Superstores location in Melton. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence in a fast‑paced motorcycle retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including merchandising, stock integrity and financial performance.
• Drive store KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and service staff, handling rostering and training.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Required profile

• Retail management experience with a proven track record of meeting sales, wage, KPI and stock loss targets.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, using effective communication and coaching techniques.
• Strong organisational skills, including rostering and staff training.
• Commitment, resilience and a proactive attitude to grow the business.
