Casual Customer Sales & Service - Repco Melton

About the role

Repco is hiring a casual Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant at its Melton store. The role creates positive shopping moments for customers in a retail and trade environment selling after-market auto products. Repco wants every customer to have a great experience in person, by phone and online.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers
• Use strong customer service to help achieve positive sales performance
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative and collaborative team culture

Required profile

• A current driver's licence is preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and other ad hoc driving duties
• The role requires lifting, bending and climbing
• No industry knowledge required; applications are welcome from people without prior experience
