Store Manager - Repco Yeppoon

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific and a leader in the automotive aftermarket parts market, is hiring a Store Manager for its Yeppoon store. The role manages daily store operations, drives sales and profit, ensures high service standards and leads, develops and coordinates a team of retail and trade specialists. The position involves lifting, bending and climbing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
• Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained and exceeded
• Motivate and support the team to reach their full potential
• Deliver genuine service that creates lasting positive impressions for customers
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong community, team and customer connections
• Be a safety leader, putting safety first for yourself, the team and customers

Required profile

• Supervisory, leadership and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
• Previous dual-format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations (desirable)
• Experience building strong customer relationships
• Solution-focused problem solver
• Valid driver's licence
