Store Associate – Melbourne Area 1 (Full-time)

About the role

As a Store Associate you will create a welcoming shopping experience, understand customer needs and represent the UNIQLO brand with pride. This role offers the chance to develop retail skills and grow within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock and back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Replenish stock and update displays on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in all tasks.
