State Sales Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a Victorian State Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for its reinforcing solutions across the state. This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape market share, work with Tier 1 clients and collaborate closely with project delivery, commercial, scheduling and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Grow market position by deepening existing Tier 1 relationships and building new multi‑tiered customer connections.
• Identify projects, forecast budgets and shape the state business plan.
• Lead bid development, pricing and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in the building or construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and securing large deals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and coach staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Solid IT skills for data analysis and reporting.
