State Pallet Controller (Canning Vale)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time permanent State Pallet Controller based in Canning Vale. The role oversees pallet management across the state, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency as part of Metcash’s National Pallet Control Team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate pallet transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with national pallet management standards.
• Conduct audits, stocktakes and process reviews to maintain data integrity.
• Train and support teams on pallet control procedures.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams and trading partners to drive efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with pallet control systems and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or equipment control; pallet management experience is a plus.
