Staff AI Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Staff AI Product Engineer to lead the development of our most advanced AI capabilities. In this senior individual‑contributor role you will set technical direction, build autonomous agents and work closely with product, design and customer teams to ship high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical direction for frontier AI products, including autonomous agents.
• Deploy on the company’s hardest problems, delivering in days what traditionally takes months.
• Raise the bar for AI‑native engineering practices and reliability across teams.
• Partner with product, design and customer teams to decide what to build and ship outcomes that move the needle.
• Interview, mentor and level‑up other engineers to multiply impact.

Required profile

• Proven AI‑native builder who uses coding agents to decompose problems and improve evaluation quality.
• Product‑oriented mindset with strong judgement about customer outcomes.
• Deep engineering craft in backend, APIs and distributed systems.
• Track record of influencing multiple teams and setting standards.
• Ability to ship continuously while maintaining reliability and taking on‑call responsibilities.
