S&S Banking Consultant – Indooroopilly (Part‑time)

About the role

As an S&S Banking Consultant you will deliver outstanding sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers in using digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Answer everyday banking enquiries and process account openings via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers on digital platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Maintain a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Comfortable using digital customer‑service platforms in real time.
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot common digital banking applications.
