About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides face‑to‑face and phone support for everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and strong NPS scores.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking, account openings and processes via in‑store, telephone and online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, mobile wallets and online payment services.
• Assist with digital onboarding, verification and ID validation to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.

Required profile

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital customer service platforms and troubleshooting common digital banking applications.
• Ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customer expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital banking platforms and online channels.
• Knowledge of digital verification and ID validation systems.
• Familiarity with mobile wallets and online payment technologies.
