Sponsorship Manager

About the role

Harvey Norman, Australia's largest retailer of lifestyle products with nearly 300 stores worldwide, is looking for a Sponsorship Manager based in Homebush West. The Sponsorship team develops and maintains corporate partnerships and corporate philanthropy in the Australian market, covering the NRL, NRLW, GWS Giants AFL & AFLW, Sydney Kings and Flames, Rugby Australia, Paralympics Australia and others. As Sponsorship Manager you will support the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the Sponsorship department.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with sponsorship operations, budgets, reporting, assets, logistics and corporate initiatives.
• Help manage the Sponsorship team and its partnership portfolio, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Manage sponsorship assets and contractual deliverables across key partnerships.
• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and broadcast channels.
• Project manage sponsorship activations, campaigns and events from concept to delivery, coordinating logistics, stakeholder engagement and activation planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and represent Harvey Norman at sponsorship events, activations and industry functions.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded sponsorship professional who balances strategic partnership management with hands-on campaign and event delivery.
• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, events or a related field.
• Experience with budgets, reporting and sponsorship administration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to attend events outside standard business hours when required.
• Right to work in Australia.

• Strong campaign, activation and event management skills.
• Experience across traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
