About the role
Join Ability Action Australia’s 12‑month Graduate Program designed to transform fresh Speech Pathology graduates into confident clinicians while supporting work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Support NDIS participants in community, school or clinic settings.
- Conduct assessments, write reports and deliver therapy sessions.
- Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve goals.
Required profile
- Soon‑to‑be graduate Speech Pathologist, SPA‑registered or eligible upon graduation.
- Empathetic, curious and eager to learn.
- Licensed driver with own vehicle.
Required skills
- Ability to complete assessments and write clinical reports.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
