Speech Pathologist – Paediatrics, Part-Time or Full-Time

About the role

A well-established speech pathology practice serving the North Brisbane community for over 50 years is looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic speech pathologist to join its small team of 12. The caseload is paediatric, based in the clinic or in the community according to your preference, on a part-time or full-time basis. Salary starts at $95,000-$110,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• See 4-5 clients per day aged 18 months to 18 years and some young adults (70% NDIS, 30% private).
• Provide early intervention, AAC, global language processing, speech and language therapy, fluency and childhood apraxia of speech services.
• Work with clients in clinic and community settings, choosing your preferred setting.
• Depending on experience, provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians and contribute to quality improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Membership of the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Driver's licence and own vehicle.
