Speech Pathologist

Key responsibilities

• Identify and complete appropriate assessments for each client.
• Manage a caseload of complex clients using a case‑management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team members and develop specialised programs such as group therapy and parent workshops.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality and align practice with current best practice.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy and early intervention.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to engage children, families and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community and within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with AHPRA and SPANDIS.
• Current Driver’s Licence, vehicle and Working with Children Check.
• National Police Check and Accredited First Aid Certificate.
