Speech Pathologist - Graduate Program 2027

About the role

AIM Therapy for Children, part of MedHealth, is recruiting a newly graduated or soon-to-graduate Speech Pathologist through its 2027 Graduate Program. The role sits within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support workers, offering structured supervision, hands-on mentoring and discipline-specific guidance so you can build your confidence at your own pace.

Key responsibilities

• Complete initial appointments and get to know new families
• Run fun, creative therapy sessions in the clinic and in the community
• Work closely with schools, families and other stakeholders
• Review therapy journeys and plan next steps as children reach goals or transition

Required profile

• Newly graduated or soon-to-graduate Speech Pathologist
• Curious, compassionate and people-focused, motivated to make a difference to children and families
• Confident communicator able to build strong connections with kids and families
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
