Speech Pathologist - Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy provider for NDIS participants, offers a 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologists. The program combines clinical work with business and people skills, weekly supervision, mentoring and a buddy, and is aimed at helping new speech pathologists grow in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community, school or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist
• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Empathetic, curious and eager to learn, passionate about helping people communicate and connect
