Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, AEP)

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is looking for a part-time Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. The role helps individuals and organisations achieve sustainable return-to-work goals, working with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals across many industries.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers injured or ill at work or outside work
• Support clients in identifying future employment or training options
• Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic and daily living assessments
• Provide case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check after a successful application
