About the role

Join a growing multidisciplinary team at Ability Action Australia, delivering speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Bankstown and surrounding areas. This role involves providing assessments, therapy, and support across homes, schools, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload, completing observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.

Required profile

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a practising Speech Pathologist.
• Strong time‑management skills to handle a varied caseload.
• Proactive attitude, openness to testing and learning, and passion for supporting people with disability.
