Speech Pathologist – Clinical Team in Cockburn

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Cockburn. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to design innovative, client‑focused solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor progress in real‑world settings.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle for travel between client sites.
• Current NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Enthusiasm for working across a range of practice areas and ages.
